Dear Chris Moffitt: We would like to thank you for your quick reply regarding the necessity to have our carpet re-stretched. The fact that you guarantee your products without hesitation is without question one reason we would never consider another floor covering business or service. We were extremely pleased with his efficiency, with his respect for our property, with his workmanship, and with his personality. He also seemed to be a great instructor while working with Marco. In addition, there was a concern about the appearance of what turned our to be padding protruding from the top step in our stairwell where the previous carpet layer didn’t finish off the job very well. We mentioned this to Rich who fixed it up in no time. Now, we don’t mind having our guest coming up from the basement (which is a safer way during inclement weather).
